ABOUT US
Arab Federation for Digital Economy (China) is established for the Greater China region, approved by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy. It is responsible for handling and connecting with Chinese affairs and the Chinese market, promoting mutually beneficial outcomes in the digital economy between China and the Arab region.
The Arab Federation For Digital Economy (China) operates with a Tricycle Engine Strategy to promote the integration of diplomatic and industrial development between the Arab region and China.
Digital Economy International Conference：Establish a Digital Economy Expo and Summit Forum between China and the Arab region to enhance international influence and strengthen communication and cooperation between both parties.
Digital Economy Business Alignment：Facilitate the alignment of digital economy projects from 22 Arab member countries with Chinese enterprises, strategically promoting the expansion of Chinese businesses abroad.
Digital Economy Industrial Fund：Leveraging capital investments from sovereign funds and strategic partners in the Arab region, this industrial fund aims to invest in digital economy enterprises from China expanding into the Arab market.

He has launched the UAE Ministry of Interior's 2023-2026 strategy and serves as the chairman of the UAE Digital Welfare Committee, promoting the development of the digital economy in the UAE.

Dr. Ali Al-Khouri has over 28 years of experience in the digital economy sector and is a prominent figure in digital government initiatives. He was ranked 23rd in the global digital government influencers list published by the UK-based policy platform Apolitical in 2018. He has led and participated in projects such as the Arab Digital Economy Vision for the digital transformation of the Arab region and the digital economy blueprint for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
